SELECT THE CHARACTER

  After you click the tool, you can see at

  the bottom section, also have panel tools, 

  then you count until 5 from left , click that

  tool.. the function is, you can control the

  diameter of brush .. you have to choose

  small diameter if you want to select the 

  fingers of the character..
